JC-6 - Plastic Layer Determination Apparatus

The plastometer is a specialized instrument used for determining the plastometer indices of bituminous coal (including three indicators: plastometer thickness Y, final contraction X, and volume curve type).
● Performance characteristics of the plastometer:
■ Complies with the requirements of the national standard GB/T479-2000 "Method for Determination of Plastometer Indices of Bituminous Coal"
■ Utilizes a single-chip microcomputer to automatically control the heating rates of the front and rear furnaces, with high measurement accuracy, flexible and convenient operation, and stable and reliable performance
■ Capable of simultaneously controlling the heating rates of both the front and rear furnaces, or individually controlling the heating rate of either the front or rear furnace
■ The instrument can restore to the working state before power interruption after a short-term power outage and restart, avoiding sample wastage

■ Temperature measurement range: 0°C-999°C, resolution 1°C, equipped with K-type thermocouple.
